Reformulated from the classic Basement Mix, this blend removes larger components like coco chips and lava rock in favor of a smoother consistency and optimized perlite content, making it ideal for small propagation cells and delicate root development. Lightly amended and offering a balanced mix of air and water retention, this mix supports a wide range of crops—from houseplants and garden starts to fruits, vegetables, and ornamentals. Whether used straight from the bag or as a custom base, it provides consistent results across indoor, greenhouse, and outdoor settings.
